Certified recruits skilled and non-skilled personnel to be assigned to our clients on a temporary basis. A client may request to offer candidates full-time positions after a specified number of hours. Certified will be responsible for the interviewing, skills evaluation (as applicable), selection of qualified personnel (background check, drug screen, etc.), payroll of employees, payroll taxes of employees (including worker's comp and unemployment insurance), general liability insurance, administration of benefits programs, and the termination at job completion.
